*Anything over 10 packs can be delivered - when delivering wood we do not go into the customer's home unless it is a garage. We do not go up or down stairs, we stack them where the customer wants as long as it is on ground level.
How To Light The Wood
You must stack the wood in a teppe formation in order to light the envi blocks. They must be stacked two on the bottom, two on the top in the opposite direction, then two on top of that to finish it off. Make sure to leave some gaps between the blocks to let air flow through. Next you need to place a fire starter between the bottom two blocks. They have to be touching both bottom blocks in order to light. It takes about 15 minutes for the fire to start going.
Storing The Envi Blocks
These blocks are made up of sawdust, that are densely packed into a nice size block. They are super easy to store around your home. But, because they are made of sawdust they must stay 100% dry. If they do get wet the blocks will start to fall apart. We recommend that all blocks be stored inside the home in a nice dry spot (garage, basement, boiler room, or right next to your fireplace if you can).
If you do need to store wood outside then you need to store them off the ground and completely covered with a tarp on all sides, so that the elements can not affect them. We highly recommend that they are stored inside the home.
